George, I have to tell you that I have dealt with many contractors over the years, involving everything from minor remodeling jobs to commercial construction, and have never previously come across an organization quite like yours. Diamond Key is so well organized, and you are so thorough that I certainly wish I had run into you 20 years ago. Grace and are both most favorably impressed and quite satisfied with both your workmanship and your efficiency. We look forward to our time in the Rivers Edge location, and we are grateful for your fine attention to detail.

Here in Roseburg, I am the president of our HOA, and have seen what slight deviations from the CC & R's can develop into. Lax management in the past has escalated into problems which are most difficult to correct.At Gold Hill you have set up some very good CC & R's as well as rules. I would urge you not to compromise these rules in any way, as I believe compromise erodes the core purpose and can only lead to eventual problems. I realize that this advice is worth every penny you are paying for itand is most likely entirely unnecessary.
